All guests must present a valid original Emirates ID or passport prior to boarding, in accordance with the maritime laws of the United Arab Emirates.

For safety reasons, boarding is strictly prohibited for anyone who has consumed alcohol prior to the trip.

All guests must follow and comply with the instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

Pets and animals are not permitted on board.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Shoes must be removed before entering the yacht.

If using your own catering, any oil or mess onboard will incur extra charges.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, its furniture, equipment, or fixtures and must compensate the yacht company accordingly.

In the event of cancellation by the customer, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Booking rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip. Requests made within 72 hours will be treated as cancellations.

Luxwave reserves the right to reschedule the trip in case of mechanical issues, subject to availability.

If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity allowed for the yacht, the booking will be cancelled immediately without refund or rescheduling.

Décor must be fixed and removed properly without causing any damage to the yacht. Any damage will be the client’s / Décor teams responsibility.

Luxwave reserves the right to postpone trips due to adverse weather conditions in accordance with UAE Coast Guard advisories.

Any postponed booking is subject to yacht availability and scheduling conditions determined by Luxwave.
